Skyforge: A Unique MMO RPG Experience
Skyforge is an open-world massively multiplayer online role-playing game developed by Allods Team for the PlayStation 4 platform. The game is free-to-play but features a microtransaction system that allows players to advance at a faster pace.
The game takes place on the planet Aelion, which was once protected by the god Aeli. However, after Aeli disappeared, hostile gods and evil creatures invaded the planet. The player takes on the role of one of the Immortals, lesser gods that serve to protect Aelion and must defeat all kinds of threats that endanger the planet.
After creating a character and choosing one of the 13 available classes, players start their adventure in the capital of Aelion, where they receive their first Combat Missions. Skyforge's gameplay features a mix between action and traditional MMO RPG skill-based system, with each class having its unique set of moves and abilities that can be chained in different combos. The player can change their character's class at any time, just by selecting it from the menu. Skyforge's player progression system is different from other games in the genre, and it focuses on upgrading the character, completing numerous missions, exploring the world, and interacting with other players.
